They are seeking a casual Night Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences and create memorable stays. The successful candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in delivering high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication skills to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums
• Ability to consistently deliver an exceptional standard of service and address guest needs efficiently
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and public holidays
