Job Description
As a Reservations Officer at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort, you will support the Reservations Manager in driving team performance, ensuring SOP adherence, and maintaining accurate reservations while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Familiarity with hotel operations and available technology (PMS & RMS)
- Understanding of regional & local market, local competitors, and events of the destination
- College diploma in hotel management or related field
- Previous experience as Reservation Officer
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
