Minsait Business Consulting, an Indra Company, seeks a Business & Strategy Consultant to drive growth, leave a lasting impact on society, and achieve immediate impact on clients' development.

Requirements

• University education in Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related careers
• 1-4 years of experience in business consulting in change management and/or process reengineering projects
• Desirable experience in digital and/or cultural transformation projects
• Knowledge of tools (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.)
• High level of PowerPoint required, desirable knowledge of Canva
• High level of English required
• Good analytical capacity, results orientation, interpersonal skills, and cooperative and teamwork spirit
• Ability to participate in international projects
