Mint Cannabis is looking for a Budtender to provide next-level service while guiding guests through their cannabis journey with confidence, care, and good vibes.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent)
• Have a High School Diploma
• Have a customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be able to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Have a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Have working knowledge of medical cannabis uses and consumption methods
• Have familiarity with Arizona cannabis brands, products, and patient transaction limits
• Have understanding of state cannabis regulations and dispensary compliance practices
• Have confidence in operating POS systems and other software
• Have strong communication, customer service, and basic sales skills
• Have basic proficiency in Google Workspace
