Job Description
Mint Cannabis is seeking a Quality Control Lead to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and consistency across production operations at their Florida facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality control in a production / manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GMP standards in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity and previous participation in state-run compliance audits
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with digital logging platforms
- Familiarity with Florida cannabis regulations
