Job Description
The Compliance Coordinator for Florida operations ensures regulatory adherence across retail, cultivation, and processing sectors, serving as a key link between the Compliance team and Operations leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in compliance or regulations
- Strong working knowledge of Section 381.986, Florida Statutes, and OMMU Rules and Regulations
- Experience with variance requests or regulatory petitions within the Florida medical cannabis program
- Previous compliance experience in retail, cultivation, and processing environments
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and document management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
