Job Description
The Compliance Operations Lead will be responsible for providing support and coordinating efforts to ensure that the company operates within all state and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations across all divisions of the business.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) in applicable states.
- Highly developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; sophisticated interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop strong internal relationships, influence others and work as part of cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency using Google suite and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must have Cannabis experience
- Must have Dutchie experience
