Job Description
The Compliance Operations Lead will provide support and coordinate efforts to ensure compliance with state and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations across all divisions of the business.
Requirements
- Supports management of regulatory compliance for all business lines across all states
- Supports management of state compliance training manuals and required training
- Supports management of state compliance SOPs
- Participate in the evaluation and changes to processes and procedures upon regulatory updates and or State deficiencies
- Assist the legal team and other departments as necessary
- Additional duties as assigned by management
