Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to manage daily retail operations, provide exceptional customer service, and train staff to maintain high standards in service, sales, and cannabis education.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ year of experience in cannabis, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 3+ hours at a time
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to flexible scheduling — weekends and holidays included
• Reliable transportation and valid ID
