Security Guard

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Security Guard to protect its facilities, employees, and patients. The role involves conducting regular patrols, monitoring entrances and exits, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of security experience, strong observation skills, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access
• Enforce all security protocols and company policies
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Provide first aid or emergency assistance
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
• Travel between store locations as needed
