Requirements
- 2+ years of cannabis industry leadership experience
- Hands-on leadership style and a passion for training and developing people
- Proven ability to drive performance, maintain compliance, and create operational consistency
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organization skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail reporting tools
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
