Job Description
The Sales Administrator is responsible for all administrative duties to support the Sales Representative and to provide an Ultimate Customer Experience for all Minto customers. The role involves answering telephones and inquiries, preparing sales documents, maintaining sales files, and conducting inspections to ensure the sales centre and models are kept neat and clean.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or related work experience
- Experience in a sales environment preferably real estate or new home sales
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bilingual in French & English
- Knowledge of community amenities
- Knowledge of new home builder products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude with customers and the public
- Works efficiently in a team environment
- Has strong attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of SalesForce and associated integrated applications is considered an asset
