- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and ClickUp.
- Fluent English language communication skills for handling international correspondence.
- Fluent Russian language communication skills.
