We’re looking for a Lawyer with solid experience working in a real estate development company. The ideal candidate understands the legal framework surrounding development projects, company operations, and commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
• Handle legal aspects of development projects and company operations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Advise management on legal risks and solutions.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and government entities when needed.
• Support in dispute resolution and documentation management.
