Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector - Detroit, MI - Part-Time

QIS is a national leader in housing quality standards inspections. We are seeking a part-time HQS Inspector to conduct inspections in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be able to physically demand, and have previous HQS certification experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Physical ability to walk 3-5 miles per day, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and carry a 2 lbs. tablet
• Previous HQS certification experience is a plus
