HOUSING QUALITY STANDARDS (HQS) PART-TIME – Columbia, MO

We are seeking a part-time HQS Inspector to conduct inspections on a part-time basis, with a flexible schedule that accommodates your life/work balance. The Inspector will follow HUD's Housing Quality Standards and the contracted Housing Authority's administrative plan, and will be responsible for collecting and transmitting data using a hand-held tablet.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of Inspector Training Classes, achievement of lead-based paint visual assessment course or other HQS certification exams
• Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day, bend and stoop, climb stairs, carry a 2 lbs. tablet
