Requirements

• Manage multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects
• Prepare Project Management Plans, establish project milestones, track progress, and ensure compliance with governing codes, life safety requirements, sustainability standards, and quality assurance expectations
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, workmanship quality, environmental regulations, and construction best practices
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain strong stakeholder communication, and support a collaborative team environment
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget
