Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience managing design and construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.
- Proficiency in project management principles, construction scheduling, cost estimating, reading and interpreting construction documents, and writing scopes of work and specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with customers, acquisition staff, contractors, financial managers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
