Senior People Partner (HRBP)

Mirakl is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their ~30-person People Team, driving the human side of their transformation as they scale to support 750+ Mirakl Workers globally. The role will own the people strategy for one or two departments (~250 people), acting as a trusted advisor on everything from organizational design to talent development.

Requirements

• 6-8 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role with a proven track record of influencing and coaching managers at all levels
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential
• Experience designing and leading complex people programs and projects to successful completion
• History of owning performance management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Hands-on approach with strong execution mindset
• Project management and change management expertise
• Data-driven decision making
