Job Description
Miranda Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction to lead and coordinate activities related to construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience as a commercial construction Project Manager and a bachelor's degree or higher in business or construction management.
Requirements
- Five (5) years industry experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- Strong Background in Industrial and Heavy Concrete preferred
- A minimum of seven (7) years' experience as a commercial construction Project Manager
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business or construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Proficient in Procore.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, communication, collaboration, and building teamwork
