IT Researcher (Recruiting)

Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company looking for an IT Researcher to join their Global Recruitment Team. The IT Researcher will support the team in identifying and engaging IT talent across different regions, conducting market research, and building strong candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data.
• Creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
