
Job description
The Materials Associate is responsible for the overall organization, receiving, and distribution of raw materials, shipping of finished and serviced products according to Lean Manufacturing principles.
Receives, inspects, stores, packages, and transports product; ensures receipt and issuance of material is accurately completed on a timely basis; verifies incoming/outgoing shipment accuracy vs. Sales/Purchase Orders.
Prior Warehousing, Inventory, Receiving, and/or Shipping experience; Lean Manufacturing (or Six Sigma) experience; excellent communication and customer service skills.
