Business Development Manager

Role Overview

You will be the central interface between the market, the customer, and our development team. You will understand where our customers' problems lie and ensure that concrete projects emerge from them.

What You Will Do

Acquisition of new customers for Individualsoftware projects, building and developing long-term customer relationships, analysis of customer problems and development of concrete solution approaches, close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX designers, creation of offers and accompaniment of the customer until completion, conducting contract and price negotiations, networking at events and direct exchange with decision-makers.

Requirements

• Study in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or comparable
• German (C1) and English (at least B2)
• Experience in the sales of individual software or IT services that require explanation
• Several years of experience in business development at an agency or service provider
• Understanding of software development and technical relationships
• Communication strength on eye level with decision-makers and development teams
