Senior Mechanical Engineer

Oversee and manage mechanical works' design, construction and delivery phases of the project, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with best-in-class standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a senior role
• Strong experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems design/execution
• Experience in administrative/commercial buildings projects; New Administrative Capital projects are a plus
• Hands-on experience with CRAC/CRAH systems
• Hands-on experience FM-200 / Novec 1230 systems
• Knowledge of energy efficiency standards such as LEED and WELL
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), HAP, and Trace 700
• Ability to review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with international codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
