Administration Officer

As an Administration Officer, you will provide a welcoming and professional experience to clients, staff, and visitors, while supporting the smooth operation of programs through efficient administrative support. You will also contribute to Emergency Relief services, providing immediate material assistance and linking individuals with community supports to enhance their wellbeing and self-reliance.

Requirements

• Experience in administration roles, including handling varied administrative tasks under limited supervision
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals or within child, youth, family, or community services
• Relevant qualifications in Administration or Business
• High proficiency in databases, information systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a busy and complex work environment
