Job Description
As a Case Manager, you will work with clients facing severe and persistent complex mental health challenges, helping them set and achieve personal recovery goals while ensuring they have access to the right resources, services, and community supports. You will play a vital role in promoting wellness, inclusion, and hope for people seeking stability and independence.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate IV qualifications in Mental Health or equivalent with previous experience working in the mental health sector.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities – previous experience working within remote or regional groups.
- Ability to travel to remote communities on a regular basis, involving overnight stays.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers' licence.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate.
