Develop and implement program strategies, build strong community partnerships, and oversee the operational functions of a large multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in healthcare related practices with experience, or associate diploma with substantial experience.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health issues, substance use treatment and working with youth.
- Substantial experience in leading and managing teams in a complex service delivery setting.
- Strong experience in budget and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Personal alignment with Mission Australia’s values and commitment to community and social outcomes.
- A Current Driver’s Licence
