Job Description

Requirements
- Related degree or diploma or minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or Peer Work
- Current valid WWCC and Drivers’ licence
- Demonstrated understanding of recovery focused, person centred practice and psychosocial support
- Experience providing case management and practical support to people with complex needs
