Requirements
- Provide values-driven leadership and day-to-day supervision
- Plan, coordinate and support program activities and training
- Work with clients with complex needs using person-centred approaches
- Build strong relationships with clients and external service providers
- Prepare reports, track outcomes and support program evaluation
- Support quality, safety and compliance processes
- Assist leadership with reporting and data analysis
- Engage with community organisations, government agencies and stakeholders
- Support recruitment, onboarding and volunteer coordination
