Legal/Compliance - Fair Lending Compliance Analyst

We’re looking for a Fair Lending Compliance Analyst to help strengthen and evolve our Fair Lending Program, partnering across the organization to ensure our products, practices, and marketing reflect our commitment to fairness, compliance, and member trust.

Requirements

• Maintaining and enhancing the Fair Lending Compliance Management Program, including policies, procedures, and documentation
• Conducting fair lending assessments, comparative file reviews, and other testing activities
• Designing and executing proactive monitoring to identify potential fair lending and fair banking risks
• Providing compliance guidance for new and existing products, services, and promotions
• Partnering with and overseeing third‐party vendors performing fair lending data analysis
• Developing and delivering fair lending training across the organization
• Reviewing marketing materials, promotions, and website content for regulatory compliance
• Serving as a trusted compliance resource to internal teams, answering questions and advising on operational processes
• Supporting fair lending audits and regulatory exams, including remediation of findings
• Maintaining up‐to‐date knowledge of applicable regulations and internal policies, including BSA requirements
• Contributing to cross‐functional projects and the broader Compliance Department strategy
