Job Description
As Events & Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant & Events Manager in delivering exceptional service and guest experiences at the winery’s restaurant and throughout private and corporate events.
Requirements
- 5 years of food and beverage service experience in fine dining environments
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
- Current Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to handle change and ambiguity with flexibility.
