Case Manager - Resource Center (Bilingual)

The Mission Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for its Resource Center. The Case Manager will provide case management and crisis counseling to participants, as well as housing, immigration, and benefits support.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Ability to work professionally and ethically in a multi-cultural team setting, including ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
