Dental Office Manager (Bilingual)

The Mission Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a qualified candidate for a Dental Office Manager role. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and reports to the Dental Director. The role oversees operations across two dental clinic sites, supervising staff and ensuring efficient, patient-centered service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, public health, or related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and dental practice management systems
• Two years in a leadership, supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting
• Four years of experience in a health care setting
