Job Description
As a Floating Service Technician, you will be responsible for keeping the living space of our residents well-maintained, providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with the team. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to learn quickly. Compensation includes pay, bonuses, and great benefits.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family
- CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
