Leasing Manager

As the Leasing Manager, you will shape residents' experience by guiding them through the leasing and renting process with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will create and maintain a welcoming environment, showcase the community's unique features, and help prospective residents find their next apartment home.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
• 2 years' experience as a Leasing Consultant
• 4 years’ experience in sales and customer service experience
• Achieve Fair Housing certification (within 3 days)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques
• Technical proficiency to learn new computer software applications
