Property Manager

Property Manager is responsible for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful. They must maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence, enforce policies of the community, and maintain accurate records of all community transactions.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles
• 2 years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite
