Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- CPO Certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
