Job Description
As the Service Technician, you'll be our go-to superhero for keeping everything in tip-top shape. You'll provide a well-maintained living space for our residents by completing work orders and performing routine check-ups.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
- CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
- EPA Certification preferred
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
