Service Technician

As the Service Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping everything in tip-top shape and providing a well-maintained living space for residents. We aim to provide the highest quality of service to our residents, clients, and each other by demonstrating our I ARRIVE values.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
• Desire to improve the lives of those around you
• Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
• CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
• Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
• Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues
• Apply a “can do” mentality toward implementing efficient and effective solutions
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
