As a Service Technician, you'll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, âcan-doâ attitude
- Valid Driverâs License and reliable transportation
