Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician to provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. The role involves diagnosing problems and performing assigned repairs, ensuring assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally, and inspecting buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
