As the Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining a well-maintained living space for residents, performing routine check-ups and completing work orders, and embodying the company's I ARRIVE values of integrity, accountability, respect, relationships, inclusivity, vision, and empathy.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
- CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
