Finance - Corporate FP&A, Associate

Role Overview

The Global Financial Planning & Analysis Group performs analyses and financial reporting of Firmwide results and originates and executes strategic Firm initiatives. The team works closely with Blackstone management to perform corporate finance analyses.

What You Will Do

Prepare financial forecasts and reports, conduct financial analysis, and implement new processes/systems to create operational efficiencies and reporting enhancements.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills, with experience in FP&A, management reporting, or advisory services. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle multiple projects, and prioritize deliverables and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Strong academic record
• FP&A, management reporting, or advisory services experience preferred
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Essbase, Anaplan, or Tableau a plus
