Manage technical onboarding for new customers, lead onboarding meetings, and project manage onboarding process.
Requirements
- Experience working in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
- Ability to work in a project management role
- Ability to work with public cloud, preferably with AWS
- Ability to communicate regularly with customers
- Ability to work with contracts and understand service level agreements
- Ability to manage multiple customer onboarding's at one time
- Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required after 1 year of employment)
