Requirements

• One year of experience demonstrating ability to adhere to a schedule, understand complex instruction, and use technology
• Graduate of four-year high school or equivalent (GED)
• Full-time availability
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable with computer and telephone systems
