Job Description
The Youth Development Center Coordinator assists the YDC Site Director with execution and implementation of high quality YMCA childcare programs. The role includes managing daily activities, supervising staff, providing employee training, and ensuring childcare compliance.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 1 year of related experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field (Early Childhood Development, Elementary Education) or CDA certification
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Experience with administrative duties and supervising staff
- CPR and First Aid Certification and Child Abuse prevention training within 90 days of hire date
