Job description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to play a lead role in managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and commercial leasing. This role requires strong knowledge and experience working on commercial real estate transactions, exceptional attention to detail, strong transaction management skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys, business units, and external partners.
Support attorneys and independently manage most phases of commercial real estate transactions from letter of intent through closing. Draft, review, and revise transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, estoppels, SNDAs, escrow instructions, closing documents, and ancillary agreements.
