Senior Counsel, APAC

Mistplay is hiring a Senior Counsel to support its global commercial and product teams as well as its APAC business headquartered in South Korea. The ideal candidate has demonstrated ad-tech and/or mobile gaming industry experience and has both law-firm and in-house experience.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), or equivalent degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience, including both law firm and in-house experience advising clients in the adtech industry
• Fluency or professional working proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken). Japanese language skills are a plus
• Ability to translate complex global regulatory and legal requirements into practical, plain language, risk-based advice for the business
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments and time zones
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time) as needed
