Requirements
- 2+ years as a technical individual contributor (ML engineer, software engineer, full-stack) on AI-based products
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems, including their lifecycle and deployment
- Experience with Python, clean maintainable code, and scalable architectures (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic)
- Basic frontend knowledge (e.g., React, Vue) to build modern interfaces efficiently
- Strong communication skills — can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
