Job Description
Mistral AI is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support their GDPR compliance strategy. The role involves managing compliance documentation, advising product and engineering teams on privacy topics, and negotiating DPAs with providers and customers.
Requirements
- Master degree in law
- 3-5 years of experience in IT law and specifically in privacy law and GDPR compliance
- Good knowledge of privacy regulations and guidance from national supervisory authorities as well as the EDPB
- Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications
